Our office is open between 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday, and between 9am and 12 noon on Saturdays, so a real human being will answer the phone.

Delivery
We will generally send all orders placed before 12.00 noon on the same day. Orders placed after 12.00 noon are generally sent out the following day. In addition, we can now offer courier delivery, which has the advantage that we can track the delivery and also that there is a 99.9% chance that next day delivery will be achieved. The Royal Mail only achieves 86% next day delivery on first class mail.
Carriage is charged for second clacc £2.95 and for First class £3.95
Courier delivery:
This is available only to mainland UK residents (not Northern Ireland, Isle of Man or Channel Islands). Normally, this will be £7.95
Processing of money and orders
We carry good stocks of our product lines but occasionally a stock item will run out - usually due to a sudden rush of demand. If this is the case we will inform you by e-mail. If we are unable to send you the goods within 7 days of your order we will get in touch to see if you would like your money back, or if you would rather wait until the goods are back in stock.
Ordering the Correct Size
To avoid delay, please try and ensure you order the correct size. To help you find the correct size for your dog, please refer to the 'Dog Size Information' section. Don’t worry if you do get it wrong, as we will happily exchange goods if they are in the original packaging and are not soiled (see Returns & Cancellations).

Returns & Cancellations
In the unlikely event that you need to return faulty goods then naturally we will exchange them free of charge. We will also refund the outgoing and return postage costs.
If, for any other reason, a customer wishes to return unused/unopened goods to us, we will reimburse them for the value of the goods purchased less £1.50 and 5% of the value of the goods sent out. This is to cover our administration and packaging costs (our carriage charges are less than the actual cost of sending out the goods, and banks charge us both for taking money and reimbursing money). Please note this policy only applies to unused and unsoiled goods
